Omni acquired the property in June 2016 with bonds, secondary financing, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits provided by the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA). This property received a 20 year renewal of the Project Based Section 8 contract upon acquisition.

A $12.0 million rehabilitation of the property will be completed in 2017.
