Omni acquired the property in February 2007 with financing provided by the Wyoming Community Development Authority through a 9% low income tax credit and by Fannie Mae with a DUS loan. The Project Based Section 8 (HAP) contract was extended at closing for 20 years. 

A $2.9 million rehabilitation of the property was completed in 2007.
